May 21st, 2023 ushers in Gemini season, the Twins, and Tarot Card Key 6, The Lovers.
Check out these astrological highlights during Gemini season:
6/3 - Full Moon in Sagittarius - this is a time to review and release things that prevent you from experiencing the lighthearted side of life, where you may feel a resistance to optimism, or where you are unable to let spontaneity shine. Sometime you just have to let go of expectation and lean in.
6/5 - Venus in Leo - this sets the tone for exhilarating, heart pounding, sexy femme fatale mentality and relationship spice. If you have been wanting to spice up your relationship, rekindle a dying flame, or make a bold move, then this is the time to do it. Go forth and be bold and dramatic in your self expression!
6/11 - Mercury in Gemini - the mind will be racing with new ideas, inspirations, and the urge to get social! Use it to your advantage to knock out any communication or intellectual organization tasks you need crossed off of your list.
6/17 - Saturn Retrograde - Saturn the planet of structure, discipline, responsibility, restrictions and limits goes retrograde. When Saturn goes retrograde, the focus in less about those qualities in your external world, and more about shedding light on where those things need focus on internally. You can think of it as a reality check.
6/18 - New Moon in Gemini - this is a good time for setting intentions around communication, writing, reading, researching and all things that get the mind moving at warp speed!
Here’s a look ahead at what Gemini season will bring or how each zodiac sign can work with the energy this season. To get a more well rounded picture, look at your Sun, Moon and Rising zodiacal signs.
Aries - The Devil reversed - it is time to release the chains that bind, whether that is a a physical thing, situation, person or internal constriction or bondage that’s been held. Consider where in your life you have felt stuck or controlled, and ask yourself if it’s time to free yourself.
Taurus - Seven of Wands reversed - Watch yourself, be mindful not to get in over your head. Pick your battles wisely and conserve your energy, you are likely to find yourself overwhelmed, exhausted and perhaps ready to throw in the towel.
Gemini - Two of Swords reversed - It is time to make a decision, you have had ample time to process the information and weigh your options. If you are still feeling lost or confused, you need to reach out for guidance or you risk staying in a stalemate.
Cancer - Three of Wands reversed - Something is likely to get in your way this month, it may even be you leading to a failure to launch. Play big or go home is my motto for this card; with big risks comes the potential for big rewards. Keep your eyes and feet pointed towards the future.
Leo - Five of Cups reversed - The rainbow is finally visible after the storm, now is a time for recovery, regeneration and moving on. Sometimes the best way to move forward is to put one foot in front of the other with the understanding that you don’t look back. What’s done is done.
Virgo - Two of Cups reversed - A relationships will be tested this month, and if so, separation or a rough patch is likely. This can also come in the form of pulling back for the sole purpose of focusing on oneself instead of relying on another person.
Libra - Three of Swords reversed - The things that have been weighing on your heart begin to subside, optimism returns and peace becomes possible. Often times we give more weight to things that people said or did, and the pain continues unnecessarily. Forgiveness os possible.
Scorpio - Nine of Swords reversed - Things are starting to take a turn whether it is offloading anxieties and worries, or it’s the checking things off of your long to-do list. Take this time of reprieve to catch your breath, release all that you can, rest and get yourself in internal order.
Sagittarius - King of Pentacles - There is big prosperity and abundance energy going on this month. If a business, money or a health matter opportunity arrives, don’t delay, grab it by the horns! The discipline you exhibit now with playoff in wealth, health and/or security for the future.
Capricorn - Ten of Swords reversed - It hasn’t been easy, but the dust is finally settling and you’re getting a better sense of what happened and what the future holds. If you are resisting an inevitable end, now is the time to let go. This is a time for recovery and regeneration.
Aquarius - Eight of Pentacles reversed - Your efforts will turn inwards this season, and often times that is far more important than what your external efforts produce. Focus on you and let your work reflect it. Be mindful of laziness, sloppy work, getting distracted and perfectionism.
