ABOUT BRANDY
Hi there! If you haven’t already looked around yet, or maybe you have and are looking for a bit more on who I am, what exactly it is I do, and my credentials, let me introduce myself. My name is Brandy, or more formally Brandy Rachelle, and I am a professional tarot reader, energy healing and spiritual guide, writer, podcaster and teacher.

I have been studying and reading tarot for around two decades, and began openly reading for the general public in 2015. Up until 2017, I worked as a Crime and Intelligence Analyst, and used my intuitive gifts and the guidance of the tarot to work major crimes cases across the country while exclusively reading for friends, law enforcement and those that worked within the criminal justice field. As you can tell, I have a rather unusual background compared to most tarot readers and metaphysical practitioners.
While I continue to regularly assist local, state and federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies on cases as a Crime Analyst and Forensic Psychic, the vast majority of my time is spent reading tarot for private clients looking for guidance and direction in their life. Contrary to what most people would think, my background, more specifically in working with people from all over the US and foreign nations has actually helped me be a far more well rounded reader. I have a better understanding of the human experience and challenges, and know firsthand the vital importance of empathy, compassion and professionalism. These deeper insights have carried over well into serving such a diverse clientele from all walks of life, belief systems, cultures, races, ethnicities, socioeconomic statuses and more.
Aside from reading tarot and assisting law enforcement, I love to research, write, and teach!
I am always reading, researching, and might possibly be addicted to learning. If you haven’t looked at my blog (Seekers’ Insights) yet, you most definitely should. One of my favorite things to write and teach about is how to connect to Universal wisdom by recognizing and interpreting messages from the Universe through signs and symbols. I’ve found that learning to read and follow the signs is paramount in creating a life of fulfillment and following my life’s path purpose. In 2022 I met my best friend, Jennifer Steidley, a fellow symbolism nerd, and together we have launched Keepin' It Symbol, the podcast channel dedicated to helping you interpret signs from the Universe through the art of symbolism! Available on YouTube and wherever you listen to podcast!
In an effort to change the way in which law enforcement and the public view and engage with psychics and tarot readers, both personally and professionally, I am actively training other tarot readers and psychics in how to fine tune their skills, as well as work with law enforcement and the families of victims or missing persons as a forensic psychic.
I taught the wildly popular "Tarot for Criminal Investigation" at The International Divination Event (TIDE) and the Northwest Tarot Symposium (NWTS) as a Featured Speaker in 2022, and will be returned to TIDE in May 2023 as a Keynote Speaker teaching "Profiling the Court Cards: When Good Cards Go Bad". EDUCATION & TRAINING
I am a mixture of science meets Spirit. I have a dual Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees from Sam Houston State University, I am very analytical & scientifically driven, and a scholar by nature. However, in the famous words of literary genius Mark Twain, "I have never let my schooling interfere with my education."

My greatest moments of learning and growth haven’t come from sitting in a classroom, they have come from experience, adversity, and subsequently going within. It is only in silence and a stillness of the mind that Spirit is able to be heard, knowledge is able to be gained and guidance can be received.

My tarot, energy healing and spiritual knowledge has been built up through studying various belief systems, occult knowledge, and of course my Master Teachers over a course of many years. I am of the philosophy that everything has its time and place, that you follow the teachings not a teacher, and that you take what resonates with you and leave the rest.
I’ve never been asked if I am a certified tarot reader, but in case you are wondering, yes and no. While I do not believe in the need for a certification to read tarot, I do have a certification from 22 Teachings School of Hermetic Sciences and Magical Arts; a school very specific to learning tarot according to Hermetic Qabalah.
I am a Certified Crystal Practitioner through the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy, an accredited and internationally recognized science based program approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork: NCBTMB # 451767-11, which closed its doors at the end of 2022 after over a decade of being the golden standard in crystal healing training.

On a more personal note and lighter side, you’ll find me singing off key, dancing like a fool, and acting as my own comedian. Humor is my love language, there’s just something about making another person smile. I have a love for Renaissance era art with its hidden knowledge, especially da Vinci, and just a deep appreciation for history and antiques in general. I prefer paper and pen over a computer, notoriously write in my books, and am quite possibly addicted to coffee. When I watch TV, it’s more than likely the History Channel though Peaky Blinders, Vikings, Game of Thrones, Schitt’s Creek, and The Golden Girls are a few of my favorite fiction shows. If you stick around in my world a bit (and I hope that you do), you’ll soon discover that I am an open book and as “real” as it gets.
