CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Brandy Rachelle is owned and operated by Brandy Rachelle, LLC.
This policy describes how the refunds are made through:
https://www.brandyrachelle.com and scheduling services utilized by Brandy Rachelle
 
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
 
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds will be made according to the following provisions:
 
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Personal Services:
 
Requests for cancellations and rescheduling must be made with 24 hours’ notice prior to a scheduled service. If requests are not submitted with a 24-hour notice for services, we cannot cancel, reschedule or give a refund. 

If service is canceled prior to 24 hours, your payment will be refunded minus the processing fee established by Square. Refunds are not automatically processed by Square. To ensure your refund is processed, you will need to be request a refund via email to: Brandy@BrandyRachelle.com. The Square refund time frame is typically 2-10 business days to process requests.

Note that only one cancellation is available per scheduled service, we cannot refund a second cancellation.

Standard Rescheduling Policy: If service is rescheduled prior to 24 hours, your payment will be applied according to the new scheduled service. However, only one rescheduling is available per scheduled service, so be sure to select a rescheduling time that you can meet as we cannot cancel, reschedule or refund a secondary scheduled service.

Personal Services at Public Events

Due to the demands of public events, individual scheduled services will be rescheduled if more than 5 minutes has elapsed since the scheduled service start time and the client is not present. The reschedule can occur later during the same scheduled event, time schedule permitting, otherwise the service must be rescheduled in accordance with standard rescheduling policy.

Privately Booked Events and Parties:
 
Requests for cancellations and rescheduling must be made with 7 days notice prior to the scheduled service, 14 days for high demand dates. If requests are not submitted with a 7/14 day notice for services, we cannot cancel, reschedule or give a refund. 

If service is rescheduled prior to 7/14 days, your payment will be applied according to the new scheduled service. However, only one rescheduling is available per scheduled service, so be sure to select a rescheduling time that you can meet.



All Services:
Cancellation and rescheduling requests made before 24 hours for personal services and 7 days for Privately Booked Events and Parties, 14 days for high demand dates, will be the only way we will issue a refund. Please be sure you want to schedule an appointment or service before you begin the scheduling process. Requests must be made by contacting Brandy@BrandyRachelle.com

If you know or suspect that you will be late for your scheduled service including Events and Parties, it is your responsibility to let us know. Private scheduled services, your paid time is your own and sessions/services will continue as scheduled. 

If you do not communicate through our communication channels or show up for your scheduled service when you schedule it, I will not provide services for you again.

Customers who are rude, condescending, disrespectful, unpleasant, abusive or threatening in any way will have their session terminated immediately and no refund will be made.


 
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your refund request has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued in accordance with Square’s refund policy and you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund minus a transaction fee set by the payment platform will be completed via the original payment method.
